To review, monitor, and coordinate requests for modifications to FedEx pricing agreements, automation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other customer facing agreements. To provide assistance to legal sales transactions and alliances staff members in carrying out corporate legal mandates by managing day to day flow of customer agreements in support of revenue generation on behalf of the corporation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two (2) years college/equivalent. Five (5) years related work experience, including two (2) years in contract administration.

Knowledge of sales contract process and pricing request system. Knowledge of automated information systems. Word processing and database entry experience. Strong communication, organizational, human relation and analytical skills.

This position reports to the Senior Legal Director, US Non-Sales Contracting Organization. This position can reside in any location with a Medtronic office. A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. * Advise and counsel business clients on legal issues. * Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts. * Identify and coordinate with external legal resources as required to provide high-quality legal services at reasonable costs. * Work collaboratively with other lawyers, paralegals and administrative staff to provide the legal counsel for the areas described above. * Collaborate with legal staff in multiple legal workstreams to develop and implement common approaches and templates. * Partner with various functional groups to manage risk and negotiate agreements. * Utilize and develop tools and process to manage a high volume of contracts and a large and diverse stakeholder base. Must Have: Minimum Requirements EDUCATION REQUIRED: * JD from a nationally recognized law school YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 8+ years of attorney experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: * Licensed to Practice Law * Experience negotiating sourcing-supply contracts * Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts Nice to Have * Strong Academic Credentials * Experience at a law firm and in-house * Analytical risk identification, evaluation, and management skills * Flexibility, adaptability, responsiveness and collegiality * Ability to perform in fast-paced environment * Ability to accelerate change * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work on multiple projects, in diverse substantive areas, at the same time * Experience working within a highly matrixed organization * Superior common sense and exceptional judgment * Integrity and strong ethical center * Exceptional advocacy in negotiating * Ability to establish credibility and develop strong working relationships with business partners and clients * Capable of and experienced in effectively working in groups and with senior management * An understanding of business objectives, strategies and relevant tactics * Seasoned professional with sound judgment * Exceptional oral and written communications skills * Excellent decision-making skills About Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
