SUMMARY: Reviews all necessary FCC and FAA compliance information before submission to customer compliance databases to ensure accuracy. Assists with procurement of required regulatory deliverables as necessary.

Reviews all regulatory documents for accuracy and conformity with the client's requirements for submission into customer's regulatory database of record.
Performs necessary desktop NEPA/NHPA and FAA/FCC research as necessary to issue-spot and resolve complex regulatory issues.
Assists site acquisition specialists and project management with forecasting.
Procures required compliance deliverables from environmental vendors.
Background in real estate, compliance, or the telecommunications industry preferred.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Previous regulatory compliance experience preferred.
