Our client, a National vendor company, is sourcing for Legal Office Services Site Specialists for a long-term / contract to permanent opportunity at one of its leading law firm client office locations in the Downtown and Midtown area of New York City. This person will be supervising day-to-day operations of specified 1-3 person site within a Legal office/environment.

The Site Manager / Supervisor is the point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance. Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Monitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information about the facilities and services with prompt assistance ? Perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer to accurately figure production time and labor time associated with any copy, print, scan or production requests ? Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing and mailing out client packages (i.e. parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.) ? Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, overtime, logs and entries throughout his/her shift ? Answering telephone inquiries, loading/unloading parcels, delivering of parcels, copying, and faxing and guest requests ? Due to the cyclical nature of the industry team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the firm ? Handle the delivery of mail and messenger runs to the Post Office, Court Houses, other law firms and clients ? Specific duties as assigned:

Mail/Distribution Services: Sort, distribute and meter US mail with knowledge of current postal rates; Must have own transportation for messenger deliveries to the Post Office, Court Houses and other law firms Copy Services: Immediate attention given to clients entering Copy/Mail Center in accordance with the law firm?s standard of operation; Accurately produce copy, print and scan projects in accordance to verbal and written instructions; Exhibit ability to take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly produce staff copy projects Floor Coordination:

Provide excellent client service as the first line of contact with the client; Responsible for the organization and upkeep of various satellite copy rooms throughout an assigned work area. This includes the stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance of the copier(s) in that area; Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of all mail/parcels as well as all copy, print and scan projects that area assigned to the Copy Center; Assist with office moves, maintenance of carpet log, hanging of pictures, light bulb outages, furniture rehabilitation, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions. Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs. Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives. Your role as a Compliance & Ethics Sr. Associate: This individual will support the Head of the Ethics Office by managing the pre-employment conflict of interest review process, conducting Bank-wide training, drafting Ethics Office communications, including the Ethics Office Annual Report, drafting waivers and other documents analyzing conflicts of interest, and drafting and revising Ethics Office policies and procedures. Candidate will also answer questions from Bank staff and review disclosure reports. Candidate will assist in other Compliance and Ethics Office work as needed. Job Responsibilities: * Manage the pre-employment conflict of interest review process for candidates for employment at the Bank; * Collect data, identify themes, gather information, and draft the Ethics Office's Annual Report; * Research and respond to ethics inquiries related to investments, outside activities, conflicts of interest, and other Code of Conduct issues; * Draft correspondence and memoranda, including waivers pertaining to personal financial conflicts of interest and other documents memorializing actual and apparent employee conflicts of interest and subsequent restrictions on an employee's duties; * Draft and update policies, procedures, guidance, and training materials; * Review employee disclosure reports; * Research best practices for handling ethics issues; * Conduct in-person training programs for Bank staff of all levels of seniority; * Assist in other Compliance and Ethics Office work, as needed.
