The opportunity requires 40 hours per week with working hours of 9am-6pm. Interested candidates must submit to a background check and drug screen to be considered! Job Duties: ? Conference room management ? Stock/Prepare/Organize law firm conference rooms ? Manage and organize food delivery for meetings ? Assist with conference room scheduling ? Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. ? Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues. ? Filling our Federal Express air bills ? Handling Post Office shipping ? Conducting interoffice mail runs ? Sending emails to team members and law firm personnel ? Running the postage machine
