The Winnebago Industries, Inc. Legal Department seeks an intern during the summer of 2020 to assist the Department as it provides legal support to the Company. This position would involve working directly with the Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel.

This paid internship is a great opportunity to build foundational legal skills and to experience work in an in-house legal department, though it will not likely result in full-time employment.
The following project summaries are indicative summaries of possible projects the intern might be working on. Typically, based on the business situation, these projects might get fine-tuned or changed, but these are guidelines.
Contract Review: Support the review of the Company's general commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, purchase agreements, license agreements and dealer agreements.
Document Management System Implementation: Assist with implementation of a Document Management System for the Company by uploading, organizing and cataloging the Company's documents.
Intellectual Property: Assist with implementation of the Company's intellectual property strategy, including support with protection of trademarks and patents and disputes with third parties.
Ethics Compliance: Support the Company's ethics compliance function, including the roll-out of certain Ethics training programs.
Board Governance: Assist the Company in preparation of meetings of its Board of Directors, including with the finalization and distribution of Board materials.
