Serve as the initial point of contact for internal andexternal legal inquiries, ensuring efficient and accurate direction ofcommunications to appropriate legal/compliance team members
Provide guidance and support to colleagues regardingcontract-related matters and current status thereof
Coordinate and manage legal intake processes, includinglogging requests, tracking progress, and ensuring timely responses throughmultiple channels of communication including Cello
Provide administrative support of the day-to-dayactivities, including requests for budget approval and processing invoices
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents,contracts, and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards andcorporate policies
Route contracts for signature, collect and save executedcontracts in designated shared folders
Maintain and update legal and compliance databases andfiles, ensuring they are current and accessible
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparingagendas, and taking minutes
Facilitate effective communication between the Legal &Compliance team and other departments within the organization
Assist with legal research and compiling reports
Assist in other legal matters such as litigation, claims,and other disputes
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal department ofa logistics company or related industry experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Outstanding work ethics and customer-oriented attitude
A team player with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and
regulatory requirements
Familiarity with a wide variety of corporate and commercialagreements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet search, and contract management platform
