Legal Assistant/Clerk - Lake Mary, Florida

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, Il, NY, MI, OH, GA and FL. We are currently seeking a Legal Admin/Clerk for our Lake Mary, Florida office

FULL TIME: Monday thru Friday, In-office

What You'll Do:

• Prepare Pre-trial hearing instructions for attorneys prior to appearances.

• Review attorney notes after hearings to delegate applicable next actions based on outcome.

• Entry of complaints, disputes and hardships into our system of record.

• E-filing via the Florida E-filing portal.

• Proposed order submission per judicial preferences.

• Imaging court notices and other pleadings as necessary to for attorney review for their appearances.

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication and writing ability, organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail

• One year legal experience, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
