Bilingual Legal Secretary Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $20-$23/hour Job Description: Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for legal support and exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Secretary to join our team in Atlantic City.

This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our legal practice. Key Responsibilities: Cover the front desk, greet clients, and handle phone calls, including routing and answering inquiries.

Enter client data into our computer database with accuracy. Provide translation services (both verbal and written) for Spanish-speaking clients. Create and format legal documents, ensuring all client information is accurately entered into templates.

Assist with managing case files and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.

At least one year of professional office or administrative experience, ideally in a legal setting. Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a commitment to providing superior customer service.
