OECI access to utilize your familiarity with OECI to access and manage court information efficiently. Software use on Clio, Odyssey, and E-filing for federal, OR & WA, as well as updating clients files throughout their case till trial. Administrative support to provide comprehensive administrative assistance, ensuring our legal team operates seamlessly such as calendaring, scheduling, note taking, and handling the phones. Qualifications: Experience in Family Law: Prior experience in a family law office is a strong plus (2 years or more in Oregon state) OECI Knowledge: Familiarity with accessing court information through OECI is required. Clio Proficiency: Strong preference for candidates with experience using Clio. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage and organize complex information effectively.
