Improve and implement new methods for data collection, content management, organization, contract oversight, and other tasks.
Ensure proper management and governance of corporate entities and serve as the point of contact for outside counsel on company procedures, defensible processes, and litigation activities.

Provide paralegal support to various Philips businesses in the preparation and negotiation of a variety of agreements and to our attorneys and business teams in connection with marketing and advertising review for Philips medical device products and healthcare related services
You are responsible for
* Working directly with business clients under the direction of the business attorneys to draft from template agreements a variety of contracts, including, clinical study agreements, research agreements, and professional services agreements (including speaker agreements) and consulting agreements with healthcare professionals.
* Reviewing and confirming the business' fair market valuation for healthcare provider agreements is consistent with company established requirements and bring up as needed;
* First line review and negotiation of any counter-party edits, collaborating with lead attorney support as needed.
* Reviewing of marketing and advertising material using review tools for compliance in accordance with approved claims lists, make recommendations for revisions and flag issues for attorney review.
* Participating in marketing claims development meetings with business teams and lawyers, including substantiation for advertising claims.
* Meeting with the business, as appropriate, in particular for contract and marketing matters.
* Assisting attorneys in providing client education and training on relevant legal issues.

Responsibilities
