Legal Assistant Contract (6 months) Kalama, WA Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Manufacturing What you should know: Mulberry is partnering with our longtime client, a world leading manufacturing company with a strong foundation for growth.

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including supply agreements, purchase orders, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Maintain and organize the company’s contract database and filing systems.

Assist in the preparation of legal documents for litigation, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses. Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support litigation strategies. Liaise with outside counsel and coordinate schedules, meetings, and document exchanges.

Provide legal support for operational initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to address legal concerns related to operations, employment, and regulatory matters.

Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence. Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed. Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of paralegal experience Paralegal certificate required, JD highly desired Strong knowledge of contract law and litigation processes Proficient in legal file tools, XAKIA preferred Compensation and Benefits : $45-$50/HR with access to benefits via Mulberry’s employer of record partner.
