Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our legal teams have optimal support to function efficiently and effectively. This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of office management procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general office operation including procurement of office supplies and maintenance of office facilities. Coordinate with IT department for necessary repairs and troubleshooting of office equipment. Manage administrative staff, including receptionists and legal secretaries, ensuring efficient performance and professional development.

Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide support to the HR department in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.

Organize office meetings and events, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary provisions are made. Maintain a safe and secure working environment by coordinating updates to safety protocols and procedures. Liaise with firm partners and other staff to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Facilitate internal communication systems and manage schedules and deadlines. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.

Legal Assistant experience Strong understanding of office management processes and dynamics. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of financial and HR procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
