We are seeking an experienced legal assistant to join our law firm in Centennial, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys, handling sensitive information and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Family Law and Estate Planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, probate, and family law procedures
• Familiarity with legal filing processes and court operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and timekeeping software
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents related to family law, estate planning, and probate
• Manage discovery requests and responses
• Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain accurate calendars
• Assist attorneys with case management and client support
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $90,000 annually
