Legal Assistant Location: Manchester, NH (on-site position) Hourly Rate: $23-$26/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8a-5p Why join us?

Comprehensive benefits package Full-time opportunity Job Details Opening and closing of files Conducting conflict checks Manage case database and status tracker Calendar court dates/deadlines Finalize original Estate Planning binders for clients Assist with preparing Court filings Handle filing of pleadings with the Probate Court for both paper and electronic files Draft correspondence to clients, interested parties, and the Court Prepare files for Attorney meetings Receiving, scanning, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence, as needed Schedule appointments and meetings for Attorneys, as needed Serve as the second point of contact for the Team for clients Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in trusts and estates, or related fields is preferred Strong communication skills via phone and email with potential new clients and existing clients Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, scanning and maintaining electronic files is a plus Attention to detail and proofreading skills Must have excellent secretarial skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize PLEASE SEND ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION QUESTIONS TO andrea.ankarlojobot.com 1.
