Competitive salary, retirement, profit sharing and bonus plan Generous PTO and lots of paid holidays Strong internal tenure and lots of room for advancement Job Details Responsibilities: Drafting correspondence; and typing and formatting legal documents; Opening, organizing, managing and closing files; Assist attorneys with research and preparation for trials and hearings; Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and managing calendars; and making and/or changing travel arrangements; Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners; Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements: Minimum of four years experience in a litigation support role in the practice areas of insurance coverage/bad faith, construction, transportation, product/general liability, and professional liability defense is required; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
