Established Law firm in Boston is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team. This person will be providing administrative support to our team, helping attorneys prepare for client meetings, and will assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

This is a great opportunuty for a recent gradsuate who has an interest in legal Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the team, including managing complex calendars, handling expense reports, and coordinating travel logistics.
Gather relevant information from a variety of sources for team as needed. Assist with marketing projects as needed, such as preparing presentation materials for clients, updating website, and managing email campaigns. Utilize QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and payments Maintain accurate records of client information and transactions Perform general administrative duties such as answering responding to emails, managing office supplies, and filing documents Assist in planning large conferences, including scheduling, catering, and other logistics.
Experience : 1-2 years of Admin support or legal administrative experience Ability to display initiative, organization, and attention to detail Ability to communicate with clients professionally, handling confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously Proficient in Microsoft Office Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus Experience in calendar management and travel coordination This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
