This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of dedicated experience in the legal field, specifically focusing on employment law.

Focus: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys specializing in employment law. Prepare and manage a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, court dates, and depositions. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys with case preparation. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.

Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and other crucial documents. Manage attorney calendars and ensure timely reminders for important deadlines.

Skill Set: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a legal assistant, with a focus on employment law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to employment law. Experience with case management software preferred. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
