Legal Application Business System Analyst

Crucial to Role:

o Independently lead the development of enterprise system with multiple stakeholders

o Familiarity of studio production workflows, production and post production hiring workflows

o Schedule and lead regular project scrums and ceremonies as scrum master

o Manage priorities and development roadmap keeping project team on target to meet goals and deadlines

o Experience working closely with development & UX design team to align on requirement scope and timeline

o Experience building system permissions structure

o Clearly capture business requirements and translate into appropriate documentation

o Write and manage designs and development tickets

o Develop and lead UAT sessions

o Oversee development of training materials

o Create presentations for executive stakeholders

o Experience with building custom applications with an offshore team

o Experience creating and presenting client presentations

o Experience providing ongoing production support for applications

Bonus Points:

o Experience with external facing production applications in a studio environment

o Understanding of studio business application ecosystems

o Experience with coordinating and implementing internal application integrations
