All the services are available for our employees free of charge. Your key responsibilities * Manage the quality review process for ESG Ratings product. This would involve regular monitoring of the overall quality of Ratings task prior to publication and post publication * Responsible for execution of QA process using python and excel based tools and regularly introduce enhancements to the existing process * Liaising with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and error -free publication. Ensure identification of gap areas during the review and publication process, prioritize resolution and develop tools for long-term resolution * Build a thorough understanding of output quality and maintain a pipeline of process and engineering-based controls to strengthen the Quality Review process * Develop metrics to track process enforcements, quality performance of individual analyst and overall team level Your skills and experience that will help you excel * Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Specialization in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ will be preferred); * 0-3 years of experience with data quality/ quantitative analysis/ process management roles preferred; freshers with relevant academic background and strong analytical skills can also apply. * Strong excel based skills.
