Duties to include:

  • Basic administrative functions and support

  • Data entry into, clean-up and ongoing management of the legal database

  • Maintain records and templates for the legal department

  • Coordination of meetings for legal dept. team members

  • Preparation of basic standard documents and agreements

  • Obtain notary certificates and apostilles from the relevant government agencies and related matters

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, or similar professional environment

Skills /Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Customer service experience

  • Strong and effective oral and written communication skills

  • Able to speak in a professional tone

  • Excellent organization and follow up skills

  • High degree of professionalism and professional image

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Strong initiative and able to exercise sound judgment and follow directions

  • Strong time management skills

  • Computer literate

  • Results and resolution oriented
