Responsibilities:

  • Address requests for assistance promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage DTE Axiom and Chrome River access, handling modifications to group memberships.
  • Maintain secretarial desk profiles, ensuring timely updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, both in-house and virtual.
  • Monitor staff call-in line for absences, lateness, and inquiries.
  • Contribute to report and chart production.
  • Manage departmental files and assist in new hire orientation.
  • Support performance evaluations by maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist attorneys with detailed and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to Visiting Attorneys.
  • Cover reception duties as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Handle mail distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management.
  • Flexible and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
