Basic Job Function:

This position is responsible for assisting the general counsel and staff with various tasks, including but not limited to: clerical duties, maintaining legal records and assisting with any duties that may be assigned.

Use of Company Vehicle: Not designated to drive a company vehicle

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of administrative assistance or office environment experience preferred

  • High School Diploma required

  • College degree preferred

  • Notary certificate preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Minimum typing skill of 50+ wpm

  • Capable of writing reports, procedures, and business correspondence

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Proficient in Windows XP and Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal team with various clerical duties including, but not limited to: filing, answering phones, mail, scanning and copying and office aesthetics

  • Prepare and maintain calendars

  • Coordinate various meetings

  • Process intake and payment of various invoices

  • Clearing all purchase accounts and expenses

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary

  • Typing, preparing and collating reports

  • Attend various meetings and take minutes

  • Assist in managing the contract database

  • Assist with and maintain real estate closing documents and other various legal documents

  • Process annual dues and certifications

  • Proofread and occasionally write legal documents

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one's ability

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas

  • Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing

  • Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures

  • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately

  • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

  • Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 Basic Job Function: The Sales and Information Center (SINC) Assistant Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of 10+ people, including, but not limited to: Sales Experience Consultants and Telephone Operators. The primary role of the Assistant Manager is to monitor job performance, ensure reservation accuracy, ensure adequate phone coverage by managing the schedule and call offs, audit phone interactions, and provide ongoing training and support to the team. In addition, the Assistant Manager will assist the SINC Associate Director in developing best operating procedures and creating training strategies and initiatives to create and maintain engagement. The Assistant Manager, in conjunction with the Learning Specialist, will train new agents and assist in the creation of training materials. The Assistant Manager will assist the Associate Director in guest/member problem resolution and agent conflict resolution. The Assistant Manager may also be responsible for making decisions regarding rate or length of stay overrides and staffing levels. The Assistant Manager must develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including the leadership team of each vertical (Spa, Golf, Food and Beverage, etc.). When necessary, the Assistant Manager will take appropriate disciplinary action with agents. The Assistant Manager's success is measured by Forbes Quality Audits, guest/member satisfaction, agent productivity, and other metrics as determined by the Associate Director.
