Fast-paced position facilitating the day-to-day work of a legal department, including polishing documents, arranging travel, and setting up meetings for a large and congenial group of lawyers.

How you will make an Impact:
Departmental Support
Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursement requests
Develop initial drafts of memoranda and letters, prepare/edit/format meeting presentation and training materials; ensure company visual identity guidelines are followed
Coordinate and schedule meetings/seminars/conference calls; including outside visitor requests, catering, and AV needs
Legal Budget
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), and monitor charges against POs to ensure actual expenses do not exceed authorized budget amounts.
Process legal invoices and ensure appropriate review and approval
What we are looking for:
Associate Degree
5+ years administrative support experience
Independent worker
Strong communicator and customer service orientation, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Effective problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and O365
Proficient with basic budget management and calculations
