Job Description/Summary:

Coordination of transitional services for students ages 14 to 21 throughout the Orange Public Schools with educational disabilities. It is the role of the Transitional Coordinator to assist special needs students ages 14-21 and

their families as they face multiple transitions associated with pursuing college, vocational school, work or the military. The Transitional Coordinator assists students and their families with connecting resources and agencies after the

student graduation.
