Assists the Property Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property.
Prepare move-in files, take applications, answer telephone inquiries
Show apartments to prospective residents,
Process annual recertifications
Conduct resident orientation
Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders
Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
High School/GED required, some college preferred
Prior experience as a leasing consultant is preferred
Ability to read, comprehend, and write clearly
Must be highly enthusiastic, sales oriented, and love working with the public
Some Fair Housing knowledge required
Low income housing experience is a plus
Computer proficiency required
