The person in this position is responsible for leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations.Accountable for: securing appointments and presenting community features to maximize rentals, providing exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, and performing all administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing function.

This position reports to the Community Manager or Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:- Lease apartments and sell ancillary products and services- Provide a quality leasing experience for future residents as it relates to their interaction with the community- Provides professional service at all times, exercising discretion as it relates to confidential resident, property and company information- Assists residents with work order requests, ensuring quality and completion- Compliance with company standards as defined in the Human Resources Policy Manual, Operations Playbook and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOCQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred- Two years industry experience with proven track record of high closing ratio, or related experience- Strong sales, marketing and customer service experience- Good organizational and time management skills- Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English- Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite, property management software preferred

Job Summary & Responsibilities The QA Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in Post Market Surveillance quality assurance activities such as internal audits, CAPA, complaint handling, MDR and vigilance reporting. Works cross-functionally to ensure maintenance and review of events and complaints, reporting of Medical Device Reports (MDRs), ADE data, or adverse reaction data, as set forth by the FDA and other regulatory agencies. Requires follow-up internally and externally to assure complete and accurate event files, complaint detail, and product performance information. Supports complaint handling in internal and external audits and inspections. * Perform tasks to obtain adequate information to ensure proper documentation and closure of each complaint. * Follow up with internal and external customers for complaint data * Assess complaint investigations for compliance and accuracy. * Collaborate with appropriate technical, Clinical, Field/Sales and/or returned product analysis employees to determine reporting eligibility. * Analyze events reported from multiple inputs to determine complaint status and regulatory reportability. * Ensure audit results are formally recorded and reported and CAPAs are documented * Write and maintain SOPs, WI's, audit reports and other documentation as required. * Identify, generate and publish metrics and reports related to the Quality issues. * Analyze and trend post-market surveillance data. * Drive continuous improvement of the Quality System. * Performs other duties as required. Role Requirements * Bachelor's degree in science or engineering is preferred; or minimum of 3 years of Quality/Regulatory experience in a medical device or other regulated industry * MS or higher education background is also acceptable Skills and Knowledge * Experience with data analytics is a plus - utilizing Tableau or any other equivalent data platforms. * Excellent written and oral communication skills along with good presentation and technical writing * Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional team and with all levels of the organizations. * Can work independently in a team environment * Takes initiative and proactively seeks quality solutions through continuous improvement * Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, Quality System Regulations * Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 803, Medical Device Reporting * Willingness and capability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities * Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications TS-LI1 Nevro Redwood City CA
