Requirements

Administrative

  • Willing to assist with day to day operations of the assigned community.
  • Compliance with all company standards in employee handbook, as well as staying up to date with applicable laws and regulations.

Marketing

  • Effectively maintaining all marketing aspects of the community.
  • Meeting company and personal sales goals to drive traffic flow to rental properties.

Sales

  • Maxing occupancy targets for the community by staying up to date with market trends and conditions.
  • Willing to be a tour guide for future prospects and handling leasing agreements.

Customer Service

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service with all prospects, residents, vendors and co-workers.

Are you obsessed with making customers happy? </p><p><strong>Great growth opportunity for motivated team players!</strong></p><p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p><p>Your job will be to respond and resolve customer support inquiries from 1-800 phone line, SMS, and email support. You will be using a PC for data entry while using Zendesk CRM to manage our customers, order management and logistics software to identify and resolve order related issues. </p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Hours vary but our heaviest need will be approximately 4-10pm and we are open 7 days a week. </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Crave Delivery Facility, 2900 W. Excursion Ln. Meridian, ID 83642</p><p><strong>Day to Day:</strong></p><ul> <li> Provide customer support using Zendesk CRM to take inbound and outbound customer inquiries </li> <li>Manage delivery issue resolution by coordinating with Driver Manager and Drivers</li> <li>Manage canceled or refund orders by using order management system</li> <li>Provide customers with order delivery updates when deliveries are behind schedule</li> <li>Act as first contact to customers with any order issues derived from consumer app such as items out of stock</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Person:</strong></p><p>If you already have experience with using Zendesk or any other CRM to resolve customer support issues, that would be a plus. Mainly we need someone who has great communication, empathetic and sympathetic towards customer needs, proficient with typing and highly skilled with desktop technologies.
