Responsibilities:

Provide Global Leasing line of business with meaningful reporting & analytics for Senior Leadership, Sales Partners and support functions across the organization and firm. This role will support report development, reporting tool administration and production of recurring/ad-hoc needs to support the business. The candidate should anticipate a fluid environment which requires our team to anticipate future needs while working on current projects or tasks and continually improving the reporting platform.

  • Gather and interpret data and sources to assist with report development and presentations based on analytical findings

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and publish intellectual capital effectively and efficiently

  • Support firm quality standards through detailed fact-checking, quality control, and adherence of team standards

  • Gain knowledge of data attributes and source systems to understand, communicate and articulate approach and limitations

  • Support reporting tool platform with project maintenance, periodic upgrade testing or troubleshooting and overall platform improvement exercises

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • 5+ Years related experience in area of reporting & analytics

Desired Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools including Tableau and Alteryx along with strong SQL skills

  • Familiarity with various database architectures (Oracle, MySQL) and MS Office tools including advanced Excel skills

  • Project management experience including coordination with LOB and Technology partners

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills along with strong organizational, oral/written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Work well both independently and in team-oriented environment

  • Possess a natural curiosity and desire to improve and/or streamline processes

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
