As our Receptionist the opportunity for providing world class customer service is limitless. While assisting the staff to meet the needs of our future and current residents, you will be expected to be the first point of contact with a positive approach in an effort to serve them and their requests. A Day in the Life:
The Receptionist is responsible for being a primary first contact for residents and prospective residents by helping coordinate the leasing process, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations. This includes handling traffic, assisting with move-in procedures, service requests and concierge services. Are you a customer service Rock Star? Then this is the career for you.
Receptionist must haves:
Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required.
Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
Exhibit strong customer service skills & conflict resolution.
Effective communicator
