Internship Dates: June 3, 2024 - August 31, 2024
Leasing interns are required to work at least one weekend per month as decided by the Executive and/or Regional Vice Presidents. Interns will follow the companys holiday schedule, which includes Juneteenth (June 19, 2024) and Independence Day (July 4, 2024)
Things You Need
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential residents
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional demeanor and appearance
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
