Nestled in the heart of Folsom, California, our thoughtfully designed apartments for active seniors 55+ will redefine the golden years, offering a dynamic and enriching lifestyle for those seeking an extraordinary chapter in their lives.

The Leasing Manager is responsible for successfully leasing apartment homes of the active living community to tenants aged 55+. The Leasing Manager drives a professional marketing process, performing cold calls and other sales outreach methods and building positive relationships in the surrounding community to drive occupancy.

Pay range: $39-$40 an hour plus a bonus strucutre

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales in this market combined with an ability to qualify and engage prospects is key.

• Must project a professional presence to represent the luxury brand in a positive manner.

• Ability to prospect and close qualified leads a must.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
