AIR Communities offers a unique opportunity for our Leasing Consultants to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh & recharge during the holiday season! Responsibilities:

• Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.

• Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.

• Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.

• Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.

• Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
