How will you add value as a Leasing Consultant?
You will be the face of the property, integral part of operations within the business, and most important of all, helping someone find their place to call home!
Build a trusting relationship with prospects by identifying and showing exciting, beautiful units based on their needs, while providing stellar customer service
Manage the leasing process from start to close while demonstrating your organization and people skills
Because of your exceptional customer service skills, you will be readily available to assist the prospective resident with any questions or concerns
We are going to provide you with best management and training to be a seasoned Leasing Consultant and show you how to operate our property management software
You are going to be such an engaged Leasing Consultant by always making sure that the property is prepared and in pristine condition for your new resident to move in
Working closely with your new resident, you will make sure that you issue keys, move-in package, and anything else that is necessary to ensure that the move-in is successful
Use your amazing marketing skills to seek out new residents through various sources of outreach such as social media, shopping other properties, cold calling, and community organizations in specific areas
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the residents by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their day-to-day needs
High School Diploma/GED
1-2 years in Leasing or Sales
This position may require a valid driver's license depending on the needs of the property
fair housing laws, affordable housing programs, Microsoft Office, personal accountability, persuasiveness, and customer service
This position requires up to 10% travel
Currently possess skills in Leasing/Sales and OneSite
Associate Degree in Customer Service/Hospitality
