Leasing Consultant

Join our team at Banyan Living as a Leasing Consultant! In this role, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for our multi-family residential apartments.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will greet prospects, qualify them by covering all criteria, and record their visits in our Yardi Voyager system. You will demonstrate our community and available apartments to potential residents, apply product knowledge to their needs, and close the sale. Additionally, you will process applications, update availability reports, and ensure apartments are ready for move-in. You will also assist in monitoring lease renewals, maintain resident files, and handle rental payments.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is eager to help prospective tenants relocate to our upscale luxury properties. If you have customer service or sales experience, we strongly encourage you to apply, as we will provide training for the right candidate. Strong oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work a flexible schedule are essential for success in this role.
