We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Woodland Park and The Weightman Apartments. This position will allow you to showcase your customer service, detail oriented and organizational skills. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.

Show and lease apartments to interested parties. Processing future resident applications, verifying income and rental history. Inspecting homes for move in ready conditions.

Assist with rent collection and renewals. Marketing Outreach. Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.

Various data entry. Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus, but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus or to obtain one within 6 months.
