We are currently seeking a full time experienced Leasing Agent for Nazareth Towers. We are offering $500 sing on bonus at this time!!

The work - How you will contribute: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the Leasing Agent maintains acceptable occupancy levels at a specific property, and a focus on the resident ensuring a comfortable and safe place to call Home.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 95%) for the community.

• Implement a marketing plan for the community.

• Ensure required move-in & move-out paperwork is completed according to governing regulations.

• Ensure rental unit inspections (move-in, occupied, annual and move-out) are completed in a timely manner.

• Approve rental applications for new residents.

• Maintain positive relationship with the community owners/management, local law enforcement and residents.

• Assist in maintaining the community to company standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You:

• You have a high school diploma or GED.

• You have a valid drivers' license.

• You excel in a fast-paced environment

• You have a heart for service

• You're adaptable and tech savvy

• You are customer focused and dedicated to providing a great experience

• You're proficient in Microsoft Office
