OfficeTeam is looking for a Commercial Leasing Administrative Assistant to support a real estate development company located in West Los Angeles. Job duties include preparing commercial leases, data entry into their internal database, reporting, working with vendors, and additional administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and scanning.
Commercial leasing experience is required for this position as well as strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. This is a temporary to full time position.
