Related is seeking a Leasing Admin / Activity Coordinator to provide resident activities and services and assist with the day-to-day leasing of our affordable residential property, totaling 200 units, in Fort Worth, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A LEASING ADMIN / ACTIVITY COORDINATOR
Prepare and send preliminary applicant notices for lease ups
Assist staff with the handling of all applicant/resident questions and concerns professionally and expeditiously
Assist staff with preparation and distribution of lease renewals and recertification documents
Establish relationships with service organizations in your community and connect them to resident needs
Educate residents and staff on available community resources such as case management, meals-on-wheels, transportation, etc.
Provide assistance and advisement to residents on available services that promote wellness and self-reliance.
Monitor delivery of resident services to ensure they are appropriate and timely.
Establish relationships with and provide reporting to service providers as needed.
Assist residents in creating informal support networks among themselves with family and friends.
Coordinate educational events for resident benefit and engagement, as appropriate.
Create volunteer support programs with service organizations in the community.
Schedule appointments and maintain tracking systems for initial lease ups, renewals, annual recertification and/or general inquiries
Maintain neat, accurate and organized paper and electronic filing systems
Provide front desk reception coverage in the office, including answering phones and emails
Provide general support to office staff
Perform additional duties which may be assigned
Compensation:
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
HUD Section 8, 1 year experience
LIHTC , 1 year experience
1 year of experience of coordinating activities and residential services preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General leasing experience and knowledge a plus
