This position is responsible for maximizing unconventional well production and facility usage through the application of standard production principles and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and reporting daily production for a group of wells in a specific operating area. Duties will include standard production equipment operation, general well site and equipment inspections, general maintenance, minor electrical troubleshooting, and performing repair work. Standard production equipment may include well heads, artificial lift, separation/GPUs, dehydration, and other associated equipment. This role will operate on a 7-day on/7-day off, 12-hour dayshift rotation. The expected shifts will be dayshift; however, night coverage may periodically be required depending on operational needs.
Multiple positions are available for various regions - SE Ohio, SW PA, WV(Tyler, Ritchie, Mon Counties), CPA (Westmoreland/Indiana/Jefferson Counties). Rates starting at $29/hr. - entry level.
Target Responsibilities:
Work safely at all times in unpredictable field and/or weather conditions and near moving vehicles and equipment.

Personally conduct work safely and ensure safe work by all contractors, vendors, or anyone on CNX property at all times.
Understand and comply with all appropriate company policies and government regulations.
Operate and maintain production equipment to maximize well production and facility usage.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to ensure assigned field meets performance standards.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures/problems.
Understanding of and ability to navigate on-site PLC/SCADA systems.
Maintain various production reports through Microsoft Office or other applications.
Accurate reporting of nonconformance events, air quality data, and LOTO forms with mobile applications.
Perform repairs of various production equipment.
Communicate any issues in field to proper personnel within or outside of the production department.
Position requires working on or around heavy equipment, uneven surfaces, lifting and reaching over other equipment, climbing ladders, accessing cellars, and utilizing stairs as needed.
Candidate must be able to work on items above one's head and lift heavy objects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a highly safety minded individual
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
A minimum of 1-3 years of oil and gas production operations experience is required
Working knowledge of and experience in all phases of well production including but not limited to gas production units, indirect and direct fired heaters, regulation and control, artificial lift, gas measurement, and other natural gas related equipment is mandatory
Able to cooperate and work as a team with contract lease operators
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Must possess moderate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Able to use smart phone applications
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a company vehicle on and off road
Willingness and ability to work in field conditions year round
This position will require travel to and from field
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years unconventional production experience preferred
Operational experience with gas dehydration.
Operational experience with PLC/SCADA systems
Experience with condensate producing wells, compression, vapor recovery/destruction systems
Operational experience with emergency shut down (ESD) systems, automated chokes, and controls valves
Experience with burner management systems
