The Learning System Administrator will be responsible for managing the delivery of training to approximately 2,000 colleagues through our various learning platforms. To be successful in the role, the individual will collaborate with our instructional designers, L&D partners, stakeholders and central marketing/communications teams to execute the integration of learning content into our learning systems.
Lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes, practices, and service level agreements related to the use and administration of our LMS. Ensure new LMS features and courses are free from errors or problems prior to release to our colleague population. Configure and maintain system preferences, securities, and user groups
Manage and maintain facilities including the budget office equipment and facilities; escalate problems as necessary.
Maximize LMS features including scheduling classes, maintaining attendee records, generating various reports on user activity, compliance, quality and effectiveness depending on business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to organize, moderate, and finalize the required program elements for uploading into the LMS
Act as a consultant providing options and alternatives to learning path design to meet stakeholders learning goals
Map out and maintain annual training plans for the bank with a focus on Consumer Banking, Commercial Teams and compliance requirements
Partner with members of the Learning & Development team and outside consultants to prepare support material and conduct site preparation for all training programs. Prepare and order educational aids and materials and ensure program materials are delivered on time and within budget
Who We Want
2-5 years of experience with learning and content management systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work on multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with various levels in an organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred; yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
Knowledge of current instructional design practices
Basic knowledge, interest in learning and/or experience in Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is a plus
