Engaging in continual reflection, re-assessment, and pursuit of mission-driven pedagogical practices, Bentley faculty members maintain a growth mindset by observing and learning from each other and participating in robust professional development. While this position could be located at either campus, our current need is for our Upper School campus providing support to the 9-12th grade students. Criteria: Self-motivated individuals who want to play an integral role in a dynamic school community. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): ? Assisting students both individually and in small-group settings by implementing evidence-based interventions to meet accommodations to support student learning profiles. ? Serve as consulting support to faculty regarding learning differences and strategies to shore up strengths and to address weak areas with appropriate strategies, resources and accommodations. ?
