Information about Agilent is available at The Learning Program Manager will:

  • Own core business processes for learning projects/change management programs and maintain program roadmap.

  • Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization.

  • Consult with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide high impact curricula.

  • Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering development programs in a rapidly growing and changing organization.

  • Develop and drive the establishment of metrics across all programs.

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to support business goals and initiatives.

  • Ensure that all curriculum is tracked and maintained in change management system

  • Assist with the management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced with the time and cost constraints.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and learning activities administered.
    Measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities by using continuous feedback loops and mechanisms to identify gaps and recommend and create scalable learning solutions to improve learner retention, job performance, and the overall employee experience.

  • Bachelors, Masters or other University Degree in a related field is strongly preferred; may consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training and related experience * 8+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable role and/or industry

  • Extensive experience in deploying learning programs on the CorpU platform

  • Experience in continuous improvement, designing and delivering continuous improvement training is highly preferred

  • Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development, and maintenance of learning programs

  • Background in design and development of functional/technical training programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations Agilent Technologies, Inc.
