As a Learning Producer, you will work within a fast-moving cross-functional team that partners within the organization to deliver high-quality, instructional content that enables employees and customers to learn and innovate. You will develop engaging, immersive and comprehensive learning paths through a blended media solution. You should be growth-minded, speak with precision and have excellent attention to detail.
Work with trainers and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and objectives.
Use instructional system design principles to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training needs, materials, and methods including recommending the appropriate form of training delivery (elearning, classroom training, performance training, etc.)
Collaborate with product, customer success, events, and leadership to become familiar with new clients needs, product enhancements, and procedures to ensure they are accurately represented in training materials.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of small business success practices, sales pipeline, and the Keap and Infusionsoft products to assist in the creation of learning tools
Use Captivate, Camtasia,Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud to develop quality learning materials.
Review and analyze data to ensure all learning is resulting in desired behavior change.
A minimum of 3-5 years of instructional design experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience/combined education)
Possesses a portfolio of work which demonstrates innovative training solutions, ease adapting to various audiences and experience with digital applications.
Willing to "check your ego": you must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
Excellent communication, writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to write for different audiences and delivery modalities
Understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and alternative learning methods
Conduct thorough research, boast good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
