Description:Our Learning & Development team is seeking an energetic and innovative Learning Performance Consultant who has a driven and self-starting personality to collaborate across Aeronautics as they shape strategy and create learning solutions. You will be empowered to utilize your expertise to identify and/or develop learning solutions that ready leaders and employees for today and tomorrow's business needs. Flex your range of experiences as you partner cross-functionally to create and modify blended and experiential solutions.

Keys to your success will be your ability to remain focused and organized during times of heavy and frequent change. Utilize your project management expertise to map and guide development of blended learning solutions from requirements to production.

Needs Analysis & Performance Consulting

Diagnose organization/performance needs, gaps and root causes. Provide expert and candid advice/solutions.

Determine knowledge, skills and behaviors required to achieve desired performance. Support the expansion of Knowledge Continuity across Aeronautics.

Instructional Design/Development

Oversee the design of innovative and blended learning solutions for clients across the enterprise, at all levels of the organization that are practical for the business and drive performance improvement. Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about available learning technologies, solutions and tools.

Demonstrate applied knowledge of general aspects of HR systems and process. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions. Identify, monitor and utilize key data to inform, drive and measure the effectiveness of solutions.

Virtual and Face to Face Facilitation

Facilitate face to face and virtual learning events that accelerate leader and employee growth and performance, using a variety of instructional techniques and modalities such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

Communication, Partnership and Collaboration

Develop deep relationships within Talent & Organizational Capability, as well as across HR and the business to identify and drive employee and leader performance improvement. Partner with other learning professionals to design and deliver enterprise-wide solutions. Build personal and team credibility as a trusted advisor through a balance of business acumen, learning expertise, objectivity, and client relationship skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience conducting needs analyses evaluating knowledge/gaps and recommending solutions to performance problems

Demonstrated experience influencing strategies across an enterprise

Superior organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated experience making data-driven business-based decisions

Project management experience

Collaborative team player

Desired Skills:

Ability to shatter silos and work across boundaries to create innovative learning solutions

Ability to design solutions that are practical for the business environment and drive performance improvement

Familiarity with ADDIE and Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation models

Experience designing, developing and delivering face to face and virtual led learning, using various platforms at all levels of the organization

Provides guidance in designing and developing technology professional learning opportunities for staff, as well as delivering training to teachers to engage learners. Works with campus administrators to model, co-teach, and assist teachers with the effective use of digital tools and resources based on campus action plans. Trains end-users in the use of digital tools and resources, as well as provides relevant and engaging professional development that is aligned with District and campus technology plans. May provide guidance and leadership for the management of the student devices for the DiG iN 1:1 Student Laptop Program. Essential Job Functions * Works with campus administrator, SBDM team, the PLC, and teachers to review, design, implement, and monitor campus-specific training for the purpose of engaging students. * Supports the campus in articulating and communicating the goals and vision of the school and the District. * Monitors the Instructional Technology progress of teachers and staff through collaboration with the principal to evaluate progress. * Helps to develop and implement short- and long-range technology plans. * Facilitates inventory management. * Works with (as needed) campus administrators to plan and conduct community information sessions and orientation for the DiG iN 1:1 Student Laptop Program. * Assists the principal in directing the implementation and use of technology with classroom observations, conferences, and demonstration lessons to improve instruction. * Assists teachers and staff with addressing technology concerns. * Remains current in effective Instructional Technology methods. * Provides support in the delivery of Instructional Technology education through demonstration and instructional assistance. * Provides feedback to the Principal regarding teacher, staff, and student technology usage. * Works as a member of the Instructional Technology team to support and implement Professional Development initiatives. * Provides support in developing and adjusting technology professional development to accommodate the District strategic plan. * Maintains an identified scheduling system to schedule individual meetings, small group trainings, and large group trainings on campuses. * Functions as a mentor to the campus Technology Integration Educator (TIE) and other teachers. * Promotes and create professional development opportunities for teachers. * Understands, practices, and knows how to implement and educate teachers on the Technology TEKS. * Reports to supervisor to provide training, support, and monitoring for identified campuses. * Re-delivers District trainings on professional development days, after school, and during Saturday workshops. * Promotes District mission at local, state and national conferences.
