Description:Our Learning & Development team is seeking an energetic and innovative Learning Performance Consultant who has a driven and self-starting personality to collaborate across Aeronautics as they shape strategy and create learning solutions. You will be empowered to utilize your expertise to identify and/or develop learning solutions that ready leaders and employees for today and tomorrow's business needs. Keys to your success will be your ability to remain focused and organized during times of heavy and frequent change. Utilize your project management expertise to map and guide development of blended learning solutions from requirements to production.
Needs Analysis & Performance Consulting
Diagnose organization/performance needs, gaps and root causes. Provide expert and candid advice/solutions.
Determine knowledge, skills and behaviors required to achieve desired performance. Support the expansion of Knowledge Continuity across Aeronautics.
Oversee the design of innovative and blended learning solutions for clients across the enterprise, at all levels of the organization that are practical for the business and drive performance improvement. Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about available learning technologies, solutions and tools.
Demonstrate applied knowledge of general aspects of HR systems and process. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions. Identify, monitor and utilize key data to inform, drive and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
Virtual and Face to Face Facilitation
Facilitate face to face and virtual learning events that accelerate leader and employee growth and performance, using a variety of instructional techniques and modalities such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
Communication, Partnership and Collaboration
Develop deep relationships within Talent & Organizational Capability, as well as across HR and the business to identify and drive employee and leader performance improvement. Partner with other learning professionals to design and deliver enterprise-wide solutions. Build personal and team credibility as a trusted advisor through a balance of business acumen, learning expertise, objectivity, and client relationship skills.
Experience conducting needs analyses evaluating knowledge/gaps and recommending solutions to performance problems
