Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated abilities in developing and maintaining effective, positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong organizational abilities, including the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 escalations from the UTC Learning Support team

  • Experience uploading and configuring content for the LMS

  • Providing virtual support and training to GLP/LMS Administrators

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling and communication

  • Support the standardization of training requirements across Collins

  • Maintains strong competencies related to learning technology

  • Self-reliant and capable of quickly solving problems and resolving conflicts at various levels

  • Familiarity with online content development tools preferred

  • Support governance of learning technologies across Collins

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to think critically and creatively and make decisions based on instructions and previous experience

  • Ability to lead meetings and present to all levels of the organization

  • Experience streamlining or automating processes

  • Bachelor's Degree requires

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Experience with SQL preferred

Role Summary This role is part of the GT&O Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) team, primarily supporting the Global Technology & Operations University (GTOU) program. Responsible for strategic consultation with line of business and program partners as well as vertical L&LD consultants and stakeholders, and management of all applicable training and developmental programs for employees in these lines of business. The Learning Consultant will collaborate with teammates at all levels across the Global L&LD Organization to resolve issues, learn best practices, provide status updates, etc. A high potential candidate with strong organizational, communication, technical skills, executive presence and attention to detail are a must.
