The Details:

Location: Hybrid work Headquartered in Downtown Seattle

Work Schedule: Our typical business hours are 8:30-5:00 PST Monday-Friday.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of the day.

About the Position:

Reporting to the Manager of Learning Operations, the Learning Operations Program Specialist will perform daily operations that support the delivery of training programs and successful student outcomes. This self-starter will be extremely organized, independent, detail orientated, be able to meet deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Specialist also provides logistical and customer service-related functions. This person will interface with various internal teams, such

as, the Scheduling and Logistics team, Training Delivery, and the LPI Team (Learning Product Implementation). In addition, this person will work with outside contractors, vendors The Learning Operations Program Specialist will demonstrate a commitment to a high level of service to both internal and external customers and will avidly support the Benefits Group's Service Vision.

You Will:

  • Maintain the Device Loaner Program, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Fulfillment & Recovery of Portable Electronic Devices (PED)

  • Assist in management of online fulfillment tool and order adequate quantities of PED.

  • Monitor PED inventory - shipments and returns to the warehouse.

  • Assist with device recovery and individual returns.

  • Conduct quarterly asset and quality assurance audits.

  • Maintain the Incident Reporting process:

  • Monitor and respond to incident reports following internal process, which includes research, resolution and/or escalation.

  • Provide a weekly report to the Director of Learning Operations of all Incident Reports by category.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives.

  • Continuously evaluate process, identify problems, and propose/develop process improvement strategies to enhance the delivery of projects.

  • Track projects, and provide visibility to cost, schedule, and performance. Identify process and quality improvement opportunities.

  • Assist Program Manager to develop presentations on findings, data and project updates as needed.

  • Assist Program Manager to develop, implement, evaluate, and strengthen policies and procedures to support training operations.

  • Work with the Manager to prepare plans, develop timelines and budget requirements for planned or new operations/projects.

  • Cross train with colleagues to ensure adequate coverage as needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives.

  • Assist with data reporting, updates in project systems and other tracking tools.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You Will Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 1-3 years project management experience or in a technology related role. This could include asset/device management.

  • A desire to be an engaged team member and collaborator.

  • Good judgment and critical thinking to solve problems and deliver excellent customer support.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • The ability to work across departments and with vendors independently, take initiative and meet project deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and strong negotiation skills.

  • Comfort in a fast paced, autonomous, and ambiguous environment.

  • Familiarity with data systems and software such as MS Office.

  • The ability to review data and flag situations that may indicate a need for intervention.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify solutions to complex problems.

  • Ownership of a valid driver's license, auto insurance and a dependable vehicle is required.

It Will Be Great if You Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and/or Smartsheet.

Salary Range:

  • $74,835.00 to $94,798.74
