To strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Development Department, based in our HQ in Smyrna, Georgia, we are looking to fill the position of: Learning Operations Manager.

As a UCB 'agilytical' person and Learning Operations Manager you will contribute by:
Providing operational input towards pilot learning experiences developed by the Learning Experience team
Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to optimize, scale-up and implement processes
Managing daily operations effectively by collaborating with the internal and external teams and partners while managing resources: people and budgets
Supervising reporting on the Learning Organisation's performance establishing, gathering, monitoring KPI's and sharing with the organisation and UCB as a whole
Overseeing process improvement projects using cross-functional and cross-unit resources
Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor's Degree required and 3-5+ years' experience in Learning & Development. Experience with Operational Excellence principles is a plus
3-5+ years proven team management experience
Deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including the ability to design reporting tools and their outputs
Exceptional time management skills, able to manage complex projects simultaneously
