Job Description:

The Learning Leader will develop long-term, mutually beneficial strategies for clients to attain learning-enabled business outcomes. You will recommend, advocate for and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change and learning solutions; manage learning and behavior change projects including project scope definition, project plan development and execution, resource management, risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution; and establish and executive measurement plans to assess existing learning solution effectiveness and change effort value. In addition, the Learning Leader will lead internal performance improvement initiatives, build and maintain internal and external relationships and coach other learning professionals on their project work.

Additional Information

Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 5 years Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years people management work experience

Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

This position will also assess organizational L&D needs, implement L&D programs, and evaluate L&D outcomes.
