The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the Central Business Operations departments, including but not limited to instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes. Maintains and monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 or more years of training or learning development experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey detailed and complicated messages in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

  • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles.

  • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.

  • Experience managing projects or processes.

  • Healthcare and/or Care coordinator experience.

  • Bilingual

Additional Information

  • Partner with Manager to assess training and development needs and make recommendations for future training courses.

  • Facilitate support materials for operations training programs that result in improved performance and achievement of organizational goals.

  • Communicate updates, agendas, and outlines effectively and timely to management and trainees.

  • Facilitate onboarding training for Central Business Operations departments.

  • Modify and update existing training programs and support materials, as needed.

  • Support in the creation of training procedure manuals, course outlines, job aids, facilitator and participant guides, and assessments.

  • Lead training and development programs utilizing varied formats including hands on demonstration, group discussions, lectures, simulations, videos, and storytelling.

  • Participate in the facilitation of the onehome New Employee Experience (onboarding/orientation).

  • Maintains and tracks all training and development activities, attendance, and assessment results.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$63,400 - $87,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
