Hybrid Work

We value innovation and recognize this sometimes requires uninterrupted time to focus on a build. We also value in-person collaboration and time spent face-to-face.

Our team affords employees options to work in the office every day or in a flexible, hybrid work model near one of our U.S. Amazon offices.

About the team

The LXD will own the entire ADDIE model for deliverables in certain industries. An average day will include writing storyboards, developing multimedia content in Storyline, Camtasia, and similar tools, gaining alignment with industry stakeholders, and brainstorming new content for our programs.

This LXD will work alongside a small group of other LXD's to design, develop, and launch industry enablement content. The LXD will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver on fast-paced timelines.
